The CC5 incubator can keep the temperature of hot and cold food during transportation.
Solid, seamless double-walled polyethylene appearance easy to clean, and will not sink, cracks, rust, missing angle or broken.
Ergonomic inserts are installed in the safe height of low and high equipment, so that the handling operation is very convenient, even if the food is full of obstacles.
Nylon buckle lock can be safe and form a sealed, in order to maintain a safe hot and cold food temperature.
The exterior of the cabinet remains cool during operation. Polyurethane insulation can keep the temperature of hot and cold food during transport while the device is not plugged.

Note: If the using with metal food pans, they should be cooled to 95°C before sliding into the slides. Applicable to 1 / 1,1 / 2,1 / 3 and other international standard size food tray.
Built-in ventilation holes can balance the pressure and release the steam, the door can be removed, easy to clean.
This model has a sealing gasket, stepped seal groove can provide a safe sealing effect.
8-layer incubator, the internal can put 8 6.5cm high Food Trays or four 15cm high Food Trays.
