Just wanted to say how pleased we are with your recommendation – we have ‘tested’ the cool box at home and the ice and serum stayed frozen for ten hours. This is 6 hrs longer than we had achieved and probably could remain frozen for even longer. We are going to recommend it to the Transplant and Blood Transfusion service who provide Monica with the eye serum. Their customer base is growing and many will have the same question, how can I go on holiday and keep the serum frozen on the journey. Hope you are well and remain so – we are in glorious isolation and are waiting for the time when we can actually use the box!!
