We are in Mexico, traveling for more than 3 months with your MD12L-H Cooler. I want to express my deepest appreciation for the product, there were numerous occasions where we have arrived at a hotel room with a malfunctioning fridge, and thanks to the cooler we could comfortably wait for another day...

Just wanted to say how pleased we are with your recommendation – we have ‘tested’ the cool box at home and the ice and serum stayed frozen for ten hours. This is 6 hrs longer than we had achieved and probably could remain frozen for even longer. We are going to recommend it to the Transplant and Blood Transfusion service who provide Monica with the eye serum. Their customer base is growing and many will have the same question, how can I go on holiday and keep the serum frozen on the journey. Hope you are well and remain so – we are in glorious isolation and are waiting for the time when we can actually use the box!

I did promise that I would let you know how we went on our first excursion with the 20l Nomad ice box. Well what can I say. A little sceptical at first that it would live up to its claims but wow ! Surpassed all my expectations. Following the instructions on your web site we pre chilled the box overnight. Bag of party ice and two of your blocks still frozen after 14 hrs. We packed the box with frozen raw dog food at the bottom and our provisions for a weekends uk sailing on top. The dog food remained frozen for 3 days as did the initial bag of party ice. All our food was super chilled over the whole weekend. Amazing !!! We have been trying to find a solution to transporting our food for the raw fed pup for ages. Sailing, camping, travelling have all previously been problematic and we have had to switch food which is never good for a dogs digestive system. Having seen similar products on the web I had decided that I could not justify the additional cost of shipping from abroad. So great that there is now a good quality, sturdy and well made product available in the UK. The only negatives I can think of is that the fully packed box is a little heavy but a small price to pay for an excellent solution to our requirements. Great product and great customer service. We needed to transport essential life sustaining medication for our 19 year old daughter who has severe juvenile arthritis. She is prescribed Abatacept by sub-cutaneous injection. This needed to be kept between 2-8 degrees C. We were very nervous of travelling with it as we'd planned the holiday of a lifetime , a road trip in the USA . As part of this we knew we'd be constantly on the move over a period of three weeks. We searched the internet for suitable products but many seemed too small for our needs or only suitable for specific medications. Finally we found the 'Ice box company'. Tina was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process of choosing the right product which was hugely reassuring. The box comes with ice blocks included however we ordered additional blocks so that we could travel with the box without a break. This turned out to be the ideal solution to our needs. When we arrived in the USA we realized, upon using other people’s fridges in friends’ homes and in motels , that we trusted the temperature of the ice box much more than that of fridges which fluctuated temperatures whilst in use. We travelled extensively through California visiting the Redwoods, Yosemite , San Francisco, Los Angeles and San Diego and the ice box never let us down it was our constant companion. at first it took some planning but after a while it came part of our routine. We even asked staff in diners if we could use their freezers, if one was not available in our accommodation, when we explained why they were always happy to oblige. We travelled for 33 hours at one point without being able to change the blocks and as promised the box stayed within the range only warming up slowly. Amazing!!! Be reassured this is an excellent product. The compartment that holds the medication is small once the blocks are in situ but there was enough space for at least six large injectable pens, out of the packaging. We could have fitted more in if necessary. But the best thing was that we were able to travel to the Warner Brothers studios and they granted us tickets to see'The Big Bang Theory' which is my daughter's favourite show being filmed. She met her favourite star Mayim Bialik! So thank you Cool Ice Box Company - you enabled our dream holiday to become a reality.

Just back from leading a corporate 3Peaks Challenge where we used two of the coolers that you kindly donated - the grey 55L one and the white 95L one. They were absolutely brilliant and performed so well. They were fantastically robust and I must say, branded up looked the business! They were also incredibly useful during Home Farm Fest where the five were utilised at all of the four bars that we ran.

I purchased the silver temp controlled space saver cool box earlier in the year. I wanted to write a quick email to say what a fabulous product it is. My husband has Parkinson's and requires a daily 100ml cartridge of temp controlled medication. Since buyng the box we have travelled to Vienna, Greece, France and will be flying to India at Xmas. The box has allowed us to travel easily and without concerns for his meds. The box fits neatly into the overhead lockers on a plane although I've found the airlines do like to be contacted about the box in advance. Thank you once more. I purchased the 37L Cool Ice Box as I regularly spend days and nights away working in the vineyards of SW France with my horses. The cooler has been invaluable to me as its kept my food and drink chilled for days so I don't need to worry about them perish.
